Purchase and Sales

Our business is property conveyancing only and we focus on tailor making our service for each client’s individual needs. All clients need to sign an Authority to Act to commence their transaction which is provided as soon as we have instruction to proceed which can be done by phoning, emailing or an appointment.

In most cases the standard Conveyancing fee for purchases is $990 (including GST) plus disbursements.

Section 32 Statements only $220 plus disbursements (will be deducted from Conveyancing fee if matter proceeds to settlement without requiring updated Section 32)

Disbursements can vary between $200-$400. Disbursements include statutory fees for title, property searches, administration and lodging fees in relation to your settlement. Full details will be given when quoting for your transaction as disbursements can vary for each transaction depending on the property.

• Note: Disbursements do not include fees for government stamp duty and titles office fees or agency settlement fees
