Our Fees

We are specialist Licensed Conveyancers with over 30 years of conveyancing experience.  Why Us? We only do Conveyancing and we are very good at it!  

We provide a full conveyancing service to our customers.  Many conveyancers and solicitors will require you to spend hours contacting banks, local councils, water boards, surveyors and other interested parties.  Our Conveyancers do all of this for you.  You may find a cheaper conveyancer on the internet, particularly some national chains.  Many of these businesses require the customer to do their work for them and are staffed by undertrained and overworked people working from home.

All of our Conveyancers live and work in the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula.  Our Conveyancers all work from our registered offices in Geelong and Drysdale.  Our firm is committed to providing local employment opportunities in the Geelong and Bellarine areas. 

As part of our service, we offer an On Time Settlement Guarantee.  If your property settlement is delayed and this is caused by our error, we will not charge our Conveyancing Fee.  We know that your property settlement is important.  There is often moving trucks booked and simultaneous settlements that all have to happen at the same time.  We move heaven and earth to make sure that your settlement occurs on time with a minimum of fuss. 

Most of our business comes from repeat customers, local real estate agents, banks and mortgage brokers and those that work in the property industry. We regard this as a vote of confidence in our experience, service and business.

Our standard Conveyancing Fee is $990 including GST.  Disbursements such as Title Searches and Property Certificates are charged seperately and typically come to approximately $200 to $300 depending upon the circumstances of the property transfer.  We will advise you of your likely total costs throughout the conveyancing process.  

We also offer a free Contract Review if you are looking to purchase a property.  Contact Us or call on (03) 5222 3230 before you sign a Contract of Sale and we can advise you of common pitfalls to avoid or be aware of.

For those looking to sell, we also provide fast and accurate Section 32 Vendors Statements.  The production of the Section 32 Vendors Statement is included in our standard professional fees.  Should you not sell, we will invoice $220 plus disbursements.
