Jeannette maintains a strong network with industry professionals such as real estate agents, surveyors and developers, Most of Jeannette’s business comes from referrals from existing customers who have been happy with her professionalism and conveyancing knowledge.
Jeannette is a founding member of B.O.B – Business On the Bellarine and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victoria). Jeannette loves helping customers acheive their property goals and is widely considered to be an expert in the field of conveyancing.
Mick Mastromanno

Mick has a long history in the property industry involved in Property Finance, Investment, Development and Conveyancing. Mick is a Licensed Conveyancer and he holds various qualifications including an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Bachelor of Policing (Investigations). Mick has a strong network that includes industry professionals and a unique insight into how each element of the property industry works together for our clients benefit.
As an owner of the business, Mick is a hands on operator who is focussed on leading the team to provide outstanding customer service and a quality conveyancing experience.
Mick has strong connections to the community and volunteers within his kids sporting clubs.
Matt Bourbon
Licensed Conveyancer / Business Manager
Matt is a lifelong local of the Bellarine Peninsula. Growing up in a large family, he built strong connections with a range of sporting and community groups in the area and continues to value the genuine sense of belonging his community provides.
With many years of experience in the property and finance industry, Matt has developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of property. He takes pride in helping clients negotiate practical solutions for their Contract of Sale, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the conveyancing process.
Matt has built strong relationships across the property sector, working closely with financiers, lenders, estate agents, buyers’ advocates, building and pest inspectors, valuers, investors, and developers. He oversees our settlements, ensuring accuracy in the numbers and prioritising our clients’ best interests every step of the way.
Committed to professional development, Matt has undertaken extensive study and training within the property industry. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with both clients and fellow industry professionals.
Outside of work, Matt is a proud Collingwood member and regularly attends matches with family and friends. He’s also an avid fisherman and takes every opportunity to get out on the water.
